Drawing on the triad of strategy, organisational and people development, she works with our clients on tailored approaches for introducing AI successfully and realising its technological and economic potential. Project experience

• Developed an AI positioning and AI guidelines for a company, identified opportunities and risks, and supported the implementation of AI initiatives to raise efficiency and cut inefficiencies
• Supporting the development of an organisational unit by adjusting its structure, sharpening functions and roles and providing targeted change support
• Supporting the development and professionalisation of project management by sharpening functions and roles and developing and implementing targeted training and empowerment concepts
