AI and the world of work: shaping change
The questions a company has to answer when AI changes work and value creation.

Integrating artificial intelligence into strategy, value creation, collaboration and leadership so that it makes a real difference.

Many organisations see that artificial intelligence matters but cannot yet say clearly what it means for their strategy, business model, value creation, collaboration and leadership. Pilot projects, tools and technical initiatives spring up. Yet there is often a gap between technological potential and organisational impact. Employees and managers swing between enthusiasm, scepticism, overload and wait-and-see. For top management, AI therefore becomes a strategic leadership task. It is not just about technology but about competitiveness, productivity and the organisation’s ability to work in future.

„Although AI is widely discussed and increasingly tested, many companies still fall short of using it in ways that pay off commercially.“

AI is much more than a technology issue. It changes decision-making, roles, skills, collaboration, leadership, productivity and cultural patterns. That is why AI has to be built into the organisation. We help organisations identify realistic use cases, embed AI in strategy, organisation, leadership and the world of work, and make people, technology and organisation work productively together. What sets transformis® apart is the ability to tap into the knowledge already present across the company through the right working structure, combine it with the AI know-how required and turn it into commercial value from artificial intelligence. We bring managers, employees and internal and external AI experts together in a joint working process. This uncovers applications nobody had thought of, assesses them commercially and develops them in a targeted way. At the same time, we make sure managers and employees gain the AI know-how they need, embrace new requirements and ways of working, and can use artificial intelligence on their own to create value. We put the organisational conditions in place so that new applications, processes and responsibilities take hold for the long term and deliver commercial results

Read moreWhen you know AI matters but have no clear course. A typical starting point is “AI without a clear course”: the strategic importance of artificial intelligence is recognised, but there is a gap between technological potential and organisational impact. The central challenge is to spot commercially relevant AI opportunities early, choose the right applications, integrate them in practice and realise their benefits for the long term.
Our promise: integrating artificial intelligence into strategy, value creation, collaboration and leadership so that it makes a real difference. Technology turns into results. Uncertainty turns into direction. AI becomes a lever for organisational capacity for renewal. We show where AI has commercial potential and build a sound basis for selecting, prioritising and implementing the right applications. Measurable outcome targets make it possible to assess their commercial impact.
AI is much more than a technology issue. It changes decision-making, roles, skills, collaboration, leadership, productivity and cultural patterns. That is why AI has to be built into the organisation. As AI transformation consultants, we help organisations identify realistic use cases, embed AI in strategy, organisation, leadership and the world of work, and make people, technology and organisation work productively together.
We group the 20 services in this field into 3 areas: “AI strategy and direction”, “Introducing AI and changing the organisation” and “Skills, leadership and the world of work”. AI transformation is described in detail. The full overview is further up this page; in the initial call, we relate each service to your situation.
We facilitate every working session, agree all results together in the room and document them online. Each session ends with minutes accepted by everyone present. Afterwards, transformis reviews each session internally and uses what it learns to prepare the next one.
External consultants add clear value when blind spots need uncovering, unhelpful established patterns need breaking, complex change needs facilitating, structuring and stabilising, or when neutrality and independence are needed, especially if conflict, competing goals or internal politics are blocking decisions.
Your contacts are Svenja Glas (Head of the Artificial Intelligence competence team, Consultant) and Adrian Lindel (Head of the Digitalisation and Applications competence team, Business Manager). We start with an initial call about your situation, the people involved and the right next step. External consultants provide structure and fresh observations, not the business decision itself; that responsibility stays with you.
