AI in transformation
AI capability building
Enabling managers and employees to recognise, assess and responsibly use the potential of AI.

The economic benefit of AI depends on whether the people in the company can work with it. Systematic capability building enables managers and employees not only to use AI but also to recognise new applications themselves. The basis is a company-wide AI competency strategy.
What you come away with
- An AI competency strategy with identified training needs
- A learning architecture for managers and employees

How we work
- 01
Determine needs
Derive future competency requirements for each role and area from strategy and fields of application.
- 02
Design the learning architecture
Put together fundamentals, application-based training and exchange formats.
- 03
Check funding
Clarify suitable programmes and their eligibility requirements.
- 04
Implement and evaluate
Run the learning formats and review use in day-to-day work.
Determining training needs
Which competencies will be needed in which roles in future? Starting from strategy, fields of application and changing tasks, we determine training needs. We distinguish between what all employees should know, what individual departments need and which competencies managers require.
Developing a practice-oriented learning architecture
The learning architecture combines AI fundamentals, application-based training and the exchange of experience. Wherever possible, people learn on their own tasks so that what they learn reaches their day-to-day work. Exchange formats help share experience and make applications visible across departmental boundaries.
Those who understand AI and know their own processes recognise possibilities that no one sees from outside.
Including funding options and checking impact
Federal, state and EU co-funded programmes may be available for training initiatives. We include suitable options, taking their eligibility requirements into account. Whether capability building is effective is checked against actual use in day-to-day work.
Book an initial callCompetence as a precondition for potential
Many applications of AI are only recognised by people who understand the technology and know their own processes. Capability building is therefore more than training in how to operate tools. It enables managers and employees to recognise previously unknown applications and assess them economically.
Transferring learning into daily work
Knowledge from training is lost if it is not applied. We therefore combine learning phases with concrete tasks, practice phases and joint review. Managers play an important role here because they create room for trying things out.

We do not promise funding; decisions on applications rest with the respective funding bodies. Pure product training for individual software tools is not the core of this service and is coordinated with the vendors where needed.
